...Picasso...

We have our own little Picasso on our hands!
Ry has always loved to color and does a pretty good job at it.
She would color or draw all day if we let her, and we usually do!
She loves to color or paint a picture and then hang it on the fridge... pretty awesome to see your artwork hanging in the kitchen!

She loves to color and then look at what she has colored! She gets a little excited!

BEST things ever!
Pip Squeak colored Pencils!

Totally in to it.

One of the finished projects!

...Sunday Pictures...

A few weeks ago we decided to ride up Payson Canyon and snap some family pictures!
Not too shabby for a self timer and a cranky 2 year old!

* Rylees hair was so cute before we left the house. Then she fell asleep for an hour on the way up.... her hair looks nappy in all of these!

... What does your fall look like?...

What does your fall look like?
Ours looks like this....

{Even though we are having a warmer September then usual, I cant help but be excited for the fall.... also known as the BEST TIME OF THE YEAR!!}

Rylee is in love with these pumpkins, or punkin as she calls them!

She dumps out the jar of candy to find the pumpkins at least three times a day!

We are loving the cooler mornings when we can wear jackets!

Its too early to carve pumpkins, but you sure can Modge Podge them!

Tying quilts with mom....

Rylee loving the quilts!

PEACHES!!
Im so sick of peaches!
We have picked and cut and bottled and bagged and ate them for a week.
I never want to see another peach!

Lots of fun fall crafts!

Popa and Grandma Craigs perfect pumpkin!

Our leaves are starting to change, and yes this picture was taken at 8:15 pm and its dark.... boo! Thats the one thing I miss most about summer... staying light until 9:30!

...10 Things...

*Note to reader... I stole this idea from my FAVORITE Lindsey ( Lil' Linds, Lindsey Norman).
Thanks Linds for letting me steal your idea!

I like this ideas cause this blog is my journal, so it gives me the chance to post 10 things a week that I normally wouldn't!

1. You know those moms who blog how great their lives are and how much they have accomplished in a 24 hour period and how clean there house and kids are? Well, those moms bug me! Is it even real? Are they trying to cover up their unperfect life or marriage with a fake blog life? I try my hardest to shower and have a clean house and have everything done and in order by 5 everyday, but the truth is is that it rarely happens! Its usually pick a super clean house and dinner on the table or shower and have all my errands ran! I guess Im not a blog mom, but Im still a damn good mom!

2. Sometimes laughing until you pee pants is a good thing! Chasey thought it would be hilarious to sit on my stomach and bug the heck out of me while I was on the phone with my mom. By the time she answered the phone I was laughing so hard I couldn't talk, and then I started laughing even harder cause I had literally peed my pants! It made for a great laugh all night and the next day and the next!!!

3. Some people are just plain nice. I don't know if they were raised that way, or that is their special quality from God. Whatever it is, it sure is a good quality to have!

4. Softball is my out! I look forward to it every week, and wish we had more then two hours to play every week! We have a great team this year, and its not Spanish Fork competitive. We really just have a fun time! I do however get nervous when people come to watch me play. Like little kid nervous where I cant catch the ball or hit it... pathetic!

5. I am the Modge Podge Queen!
Enough  said!

6.  Our house is small, but I love it! When we talk about moving and buying a bigger house it makes me kind of sad! We have such great memories in this house!

7. I LOVE AND AM OVERLY OBSESSED with fall and Halloween decor! My house might be over done  and the smell of apple clove and pumpkin spice might give you a headache but I wouldn't want it any other way!  I love being home this time of year cause my house just seems so homey! I love everything about the fall, except that winter isn't too far behind! My mom and I tied a fall quilt and a Halloween quilt today for my front room. I cant wait to get the edges done and put them on my couch! Chasey lets me get a few new decorations every year. This year I opted for quilts and one awesome skeleton stand! Love it!

8. I never realize how much I regret not listening to the Relief Society broadcast until I miss it and everyone talks about how awesome it was! I totally missed it this year and Im kicking myself! We had my SIL in town and were up in Park City, so I did have somewhat of an excuse!

9. My name is Lyndsay, Im 29, and Im addicted to Pinterest.

10. I worked my butt off ( literally) to loose 27 pounds, and this summer I put 12 pounds back on.... blah! Its time to get back on the work out wagon and replace some Diet Dr Pepper with some water!

...Happy Birthday Chasey...

Way back on August 19th Chasey turned 31... old man!

We had a great weekend for his birthday.... boating, dinner, pie, presents!

My brother took us out for a birthday boat ride on Chaseys birthday. The water was perfect, and just being out on the boat was nice!

Rylee tried knee boarding for the first time swam in Utah Lake for the first time, and loved hanging out with Sam and Ben!

Thank you Mat and Katie!

Chasey always asks for a money tree, so thats exactly what he got! I taped money and gift cards to a Christmas tree I found at Roberts. It was the most homely tree ever. He loved it though! I also got him his favorite Key Lime cupcake from Sweet Tooth Fairy, some new clothes, and some stuff for work! Rylee picked out all his balloons and the bags to wrap his presents in... can you tell?

Sunday we had my family over for some pie!

It was a great weekend!

( sorry all these pictures are out of order, and Im too exhausted to fix them! You get the idea, right?!)
