We started swim lessons at the end of last month. I figured since my child isnt afraid to just jump in to a pool of water we should probably get her some lessons on how not to drowned! I put her in lessons last summer, but it was just the community ones so you had 20 other kids in your class. I didnt feel like she learned anything at all. This year I put her in with the same teacher my nieces and nephews go to. The classes are only two kids per class, so its more one on one lessons. So far Ry has done great and loves to go! Last year we couldnt get her to float oh her back for anything, but within the first two lessons with Miss Juleen she was floating! Hopefully by the end of summer she can learn to keep herself a float if she does jump in with no life jacket on!
