...Grandma Jen's Visit...

At the first of May we flew Chaseys mom out for a visit. We told her it was her Mothers Day/Birthday/Christmas gift! She came the perfect week too... the only week in May that it was warm!

Ry was pretty shy at first, and just wanted me... surprise! She hadnt seen Chaseys mom since last August, so sh ereally didnt know who she was. By the end of the week she warmed up, but it took her until the last day!
Our week was pretty full with stuff to do. We went 4-wheeling, visited my Dad and Karen, Chasey had a softball game, we went to Provo canyon, had a BBQ, went by Chaseys job site, and visited Temple Square. It was eventful, but fun!
Grandma Jen brought Ry a puzzle. Ry did about 2 pieces and then was done.

Chaseys softball games are always fun. Ry loves to get a sucker and a drink and hang out by the fence.

GO LARSEN LAW!
My brother sponsored their team this year.

My step mom has a ranch in Salem that is always fun to take visitors to!

We were going to go on the Alpine Loop, but because our winter was so long, the road was still closed. Instead we pulled over and listened to the avalanches fall. It was pretty cool to hear them. They happened about every minute or two. That was something I had never heard before.

Little Drama Queen!

Ry in all her Sass!

We stopped by Bridal Veil Falls on our way back down the canyon.

Of course Jessie and Buzz had to come.

Chasey has been working on the City Creek project in Salt Lake for the past 3 years. Its fun to go up and see what he has built, and how things are coming along. He was excited to show his mom what he had worked on too.

We ventured over to Temple Square and took the Conference Center tour.

It was a great week and we were so glad that Jen was able to come out and visit us!
