Any post that starts with shelves full of candy is a good post!
Me and my mom drove out to see my sister and her kids in Tooele on Monday. My mom had a hair appointment so me, Shani, Kate, and Rylee went to the candy store... Sweet Lizzie's!
Not to sound like a little kid, but it was so much fun! It was wall to wall candy and decorated so cute! Rylee was a little overwhelmed by it all at first, but once she saw everything and decided on a twisted rainbow sucker she was okay!

K, so I was just clicking on these pictures to see them bigger when I noticed something weird and funny!! While we were in the store this girl came in. I'm sure she is a very nice girl, but she was a little weird. She followed us around the whole time telling us about her addiction to sugar, and how her mom would kill her if she knew she was in a candy store. She knew everything about chocolate and was telling me all about it. It didn't stop her that I was chasing Rylee around the store either... she just followed me and kept talking chocolates. The topper was when she informed that my daughter was sticky and I really should clean her up. She asked me if I had wipes for her too. K, girl you need to give me some space! So, I click on the picture below to see it better, and who do I see almost jumping through the window... weird candy girl. I couldn't help but laugh my head off and be a little mad at the same time!

The perfect treat... popcorn flavored jelly bellies, twisted licorice, and a diet Dr. Pepper!!!
After our sugar rush we all headed to Cafe Rio for lunch. We all could have shared one thing after all the candy we just ate... we each had about 2 bites of our food and were stuffed. We went back to Shani's house after thinking we would only stay for a minute, but after Rylee and Kate collided on the couch we were there a little bit longer then planned.
Ry chasing the cat yelling, " Moe Moe I want you." Every cat is Mow Moe to her.
Trying out the trike
Like I said her and Kate collided on the couch. They were both jumping on the couch when Ry turned to jump back the other way right when Kate was jumping into her. Within seconds Rylee had a baseball sized goose egg on her forehead. It made me sick to look at it. Because she had gotten a concussion a month earlier I was a little worried so we rushed her to the Instacare to get her checked out. Everything looked fine with her, so we headed back with a very sad little girl. I had never seen her cry to much. For a half hour she just sobbed! Kate was okay, just a little bump. I felt bad for both of them, but so glad no one got really hurt. This picture was about an hour an half after they hit. The swelling had gone down a lot. Poor little girl is sportin a black and blue forehead now!
Since we stayed longer then planned we got to see the other kids too.
Yes, my daughter always has her finger up her nose!
Our favorite Tooele Family.
