The parade has always been a tradition with my family. Since I can remember we have parked at Grandmas house, walked down to the parade, came back up to Grandmas for lunch, and spent the rest of the afternoon there. With my mom getting Grandmas house after she passed away we can carry on our tradition! This year we had Rylee, Kenna ( my niece), Mat ( my brother), and my mom in the parade. It makes it more fun when you know someone in it, and your not just sitting their watching a million baseball teams pass by in boats!
Ry had to be at the parade by 8:15. Thats a little early for us. We usually don't even get up until around 9 or 9:30! Can you tell by this picture she is exhausted?!
It was my moms 40 year class reunion this year, so they were in the parade. My mom didnt ride with them cause she wanted to see the grandkids, but when her class past her at the park and saw her they
It was my brothers 20 year class reunion too. Can you find him in all the people? Hint.... batman.
Billy and Sam broke boards when the karate guys came by!
Brad Ford died this year, so as a tribute they had the planes flyover head during the parade.
Rylee's dance class. She was on the other side, so these are just random girls. Ry has loved dance this summer! She takes from Miss Kimber in Payson. She is so good with the kids and has been awesome with Rylee!
I got her off at the park so I didnt have to go all the way to the end of town to get of her.
Not in a hugging mood. She is like her mom... when Im hot tired and thirsty dont bug me!
Watching the parade
Kenna was in the parade for her dance class too. She just made the performing team at Heart N Soul.
BEAUTIFUL!
We walked across the street after and got all the kids faces painted... and Rylee's arm!
