...Summer Rain...

The past couple weeks we have had a couple really big storms. 

I love summer storms!

This stormy weather is getting me excited for fall. I love summer but fall is my favorite time of year! Ry and I have wrapped up in our favorite blanket and watched all the storms. It reminded me of last fall with her and I got way too excited!

The one day she wanted to go out in the rain, but I made her wait until the lightning stopped. She loves to use her umbrella!  

The one storm was big pieces of hail

This little girl was in heaven splashing in the puddles! 

With the rainy days we have taken a break from the pool and enjoyed some play dough and coloring and watching movies and baking. Its been a nice change, but I'm ready to get my tan on again! 

The one day she said, " mom will you make me a hoe man?" This is the outcome... not too shabby! 

One of her favorite things to do is to make homemade pizza! 

A perfect rainy day activity. 

I take that back... we did go swimming in the rain one day. It was super nice out when we left but an hour after getting there this crazy storm came through within seconds. I am not exaggerating this at all... the wind got so bad that I couldn't push the stroller. Some lady and her son had to help me. It was lifting the smaller kids off the ground. You couldn't see where you were going cause it was coming down so hard and blowing so bad. Everyone at the pool huddled in the entrance. It was kind of scary!
